I was sick for decades and no one could figure out why. I can't tell you how many doctors I visited and how many diagnosis I was given that just never felt right.
Refusing to take their pharmaceutical recommendations because ..... well my thought process was if I was arguing with the doctors about what they thought was wrong with me (since all my tests seem to be inconclusive) and it felt like they were just throwing a dart at a list of possible reasons for my laundry list of multiple issues - why should I take their drugs? It never made any sense to me.
So that began my journey into nutrition and understanding that what you put in your mouth has a definite impact on not only how you feel but also how your body runs.
I have been living my life 100% gluten free for almost 8 years now. And, in truth It has not been an easy journey. I made a ton of mistakes along on the way, have argued with a bunch of doctors, went back to school, learned from the experts in nutrition, health, healing, gluten-related disorders and autoimmune disorders and crawled my way back to health.
