For me I think there are a few kinds of “gluten blues” and they seem to come at different junctures in your journey. 

When you are first learning to go gluten free it is a very daunting task understanding all the nuances that go into changing every thing that you eat. Learning to navigate your kitchen, your old favorite foods, baking, cooking, eating out, dealing with friends, family and special occasions all of these take some time to learn how to survive, let alone to relax and enjoy your meals.

Top 3 Tips on the Gluten Funk…..

I don’t think I know a single person who has been struggling with gluten challenges that every once in a while hits a speed bump that they just can’t seem to get over and everything stalls for a bit.

Some people call it the gluten blues or the gluten funk. I’m not sure if its cause we all get so bogged down with the tremendous amount of pressure that is on our shoulders because our health is not at the forefront of every decision and action that we make.

We just don’t have an off button. We don’t really relax, we are always in planning and preparing mode. And, I always feel like I need to be three steps ahead or I’m truly behind.
